iPhone web application update request

I noticed the sign-on to premium channels on the iphone web app but an error message appears after sign-on. When will I be able to successfully sign on to my Livestation premium channels on my iphone? Thank you.

We just had a slight technical hitch getting that up and running - should be good now....similarly iPad premium channels should be sorted this week (again just minor technical difficulties)

@Anon - please make sure you've turned off your mute switch on your iphone/ipad

That mute switch was indeed the culprit. Someone in the comments section over at the iTunes page for the app pointed that out.

My Al Jazeera iPhone app's audio is all of a sudden skipping every second which makes it extremely annoying to listen to.
Here's more details:
* This started occurring about 2 or 3 days ago. (I've had the app for about a year with no problem.)
* The video does not skip and plays smoothly.
* This audio skipping also occurs at the livestation page with iphone but not on stations like RT.
* If I stop and restart the live feed, the skipping stops but comes back after 30 secs to a minute.
* This occurs when using both 3G and Wifi.
JB: I have noticed this problem too. Exactly as you have described it. Once in awhile, after restarting the live feed, I am able to enjoy the content without the sound drop-outs... but usually the drop-outs start within the first minute or so of viewing.

Can you update your iphone app so that it can stream audio in the background if one switches app, e.g. to check email or tweet while following the news?
Alternately, YouTube Web App has a trick which can allow for resuming audio after switching apps, maybe you can implement this.
